Terms and Conditions

​1. Introduction
Welcome to AB Health Impact, a brand operated by AB Health Impact Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing our site or purchasing products, you ("you" or "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraud.

 

3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Apple pay and google pay via secure gateways provided by Wix Payments, or invoice on a case by case basis.

For cases of invoice payment an invoice will be raised immediately and payment is due within 30 days of issue. Please ensure the person listed to receive the invoice have their full details included on the order, e.g. name, job title, department, email address, work address and contact number. Late payments will incur an additional 8% charge under the Late Payments of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Please ensure you pay the correct fee as indicated on our invoices. An administration charge of £20.00 will be made to refund any over payments.

We are pleased to accept enquiries for orders outside the UK. We will quote for these on an individual basis.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery
For physical items we ship the united kingdom. Delivery times and costs depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

For Digital products and event tickets delivery can take up to 48 hours  via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have given the correct email address. If you do not receive an email contact us either via the website contact form or email us at annette@abhealthimpact.co.uk.

To access our webinars follow the instructions on the email received after purchase. You can access your tickets by logging into your account using the details you supplied on purchase.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellations within 28 days of the course start date are subject to 100% of the course fee, however we can accept named substitutes within this period.

​

Cancellations received more than 28 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for a refund, minus a £20.00 administration fee.

​

Cancellations must be made by email and will not be accepted by any other means.

​

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Health Impact Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AB Health Impact Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute

 

9. Course and webinar information

By agreeing to these terms and conditions and purchasing a ticket to any of our events or courses you agree to understanding and abiding by the following where relevant;

 

9.1 Face to Face Courses

Access time for face to face courses and seminars begins at least 15 minutes before the course or seminar start time. If you arrive more than half an hour after course start time you may be refused entry. Any individual leaving before the stated end of course time may be refused a certificate of attendance or completion.

 

Fee is inclusive of tuition, course materials, morning and afternoon refreshments (if stated) and a certificate of completion or attendance.

9.2 Scheduled Live Remote Webinars/Courses

Registration time is at least 10 minutes before start of course or webinar. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after course/webinar start time may be refused entry. Any individual leaving before the stated end of course/webinar time may be refused a certificate of attendance/completion.

Fee includes tuition, course materials, and a certificate of completion.

9.3 Requirements for attending a Live Remote Course

You must have a working camera and microphone: This is a requirement for our online courses. Your camera must be switched on for the whole duration of the session, our Webinars/courses are interactive and require delegates to participate in group discussions and activities. If you attend the session without a camera or microphone, our course tutors or administration team reserve the right to remove you from the course, and we will not issue a certificate, as we are unable to prove your attendance on the course.

 

9.3 Requirements for attending a Live online webinar

It is under the leading lecturer or facilitators discretion regarding the following;

​

1. Acceptance into the webinar if past 30 minutes from the advertised start time;

2. Delivery of certificates of attendance and completion;

3. If you are not present for the entirety of the webinar you may be refused a certificate of attendance;

4. If it is deemed appropriate by either the lecturer or facilitator to be removed from the session.

10. Complaints

Any concerns regarding our services should be made by email to annette@abhealthimpact.co.uk

Your concerns should be made to us within seven days of receipt of our service.

One of our senior management team will will endeavor to answer any concerns within seven days of receipt of your message.
